Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient interaction. Deliver care while utilizing a tablet for electronic documentation and adhering to all health-related requirements including vaccinations and testing. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends with reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
