Job Summary
Conduct licensed practical nursing care in home environments within Brentwood and Jefferson Hills, providing school accompaniment support as needed. Perform daily clinical tasks ensuring outstanding outcomes for children and adults while utilizing tablet-based electronic documentation. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification, with hands-on experience preferred. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends, with weekly or daily pay available. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
