Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care in home environments in Brentwood or school accompaniment in Jefferson Hills. Deliver compassionate clinical support to children and adults while maintaining electronic documentation via tablet. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Ensure patient safety and outstanding clinical outcomes through reliable transportation and adherence to all health-related requirements. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
