Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Deliver clinical services using electronic documentation via tablet devices while maintaining active, unencumbered state licensure and current CPR certification. Ensure patient safety and outstanding clinical outcomes through teamwork with other LPN/LVN staff. This role offers flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling across days, nights, and weekends. Weekly or daily pay is available for newly hired variable hour and part-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
