Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in Brentwood and Jefferson Hills, including school accompaniment duties. Provide licensed practical nursing support in private duty settings while utilizing electronic documentation tablets for accurate patient tracking. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes for all patients. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts from 7:30a-4pm Mon-Fri with reliable transportation required. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
