Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care in home environments within Brentwood and Jefferson Hills, including school accompaniment. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes for children and adults using electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation. Work flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts from 7:30a-4pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- Current TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
