Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient interaction. Deliver services utilizing electronic documentation via tablets provided in each patient's residence. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Perform duties across flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules including days, nights, and weekends. Adhere to all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid compliance, including vaccinations and testing. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
