Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in home environments within Brentwood and Jefferson Hills, including school accompaniment duties. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet devices and ensure patient safety while delivering compassionate homecare to children and adults. Hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Schedule runs 7:30a-4pm Monday through Friday with flexible options for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements including required vaccinations and testing (subject to exemptions)
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
