Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient interaction. Maintain electronic documentation via provided tablets and coordinate with 24/7 local support operators and clinicians. Provide care while adhering to all health-related requirements, including active LPN/LVN licensure, current CPR certification, and TB testing. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Weekly or daily pay is available, with opportunities for skill advancement and career pathing.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
