Private Duty Nurse LPN

Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Deliver clinical services with electronic documentation support via patient tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Possess reliable transportation. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred. Comply with all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid funding, including vaccinations and testing subject to exemptions.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact license transferable to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in relevant jurisdictions including required vaccinations and testing
