Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Deliver outstanding clinical outcomes while utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on training. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for patient visits. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
