Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in private residences, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient interaction. Utilize the provided tablet for electronic documentation and coordinate with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component, while adhering to state-specific requirements and TB testing protocols. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
