Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults across the nation, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient support. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and complete current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Perform duties in patient homes equipped with tablets for electronic documentation, adhering to all health-related requirements including TB skin tests and vaccinations. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Weekly or daily pay is available, with benefits eligibility determined after the first twelve months of employment for those meeting the 130-hour monthly threshold.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
