Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in home environments within Brentwood and Jefferson Hills, including school accompaniment duties. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet devices and ensure patient safety while delivering compassionate homecare. Hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice, current CPR certification, and a TB skin test within the last 12 months. Reliable transportation is required. Work flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts from 7:30a-4pm Mon-Fri. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
