Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care in home environments within Brentwood and Jefferson Hills, including school accompaniment. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes for children and adults while utilizing electronic documentation via provided tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Ensure reliable transportation and comply with all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid patients. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules from 7:30a-4pm Mon-Fri. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
