Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in home environments in Brentwood or school accompaniment in Jefferson Hills. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes for children and adults using electronic documentation via tablet devices. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
