Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in home environments within Brentwood and Jefferson Hills, including school accompaniment duties. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet devices and ensure outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults. Hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and a recent TB skin test. Schedule runs 7:30a-4pm Monday through Friday. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
