Job Summary
Deliver compassionate private duty nursing care to children and adults in their homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and provide current CPR certification with hands-on training. Coordinate care with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians while adhering to all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid patients, including required vaccinations and testing. Reliable transportation is required for all home visits.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
