Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes while achieving outstanding clinical outcomes. Deliver patient care using electronic documentation tools available on tablets at each location. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on training. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for all patient visits. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Required Qualifications
