Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in private home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults through compassionate delivery. Maintain electronic documentation via tablets provided at each patient's residence while adhering to state-specific licensing requirements and current CPR certification. Coordinate with clinicians and local support operators to manage 24/7 coverage across flexible day, night, and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
