Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Deliver care with empathy and heart, utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
