Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient interaction. Deliver care with heartfelt empathy while utilizing company tablets for electronic documentation. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Requires reliable transportation and six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing
Desired Qualifications
