Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care in home environments within Brentwood and Jefferson Hills, including school accompaniment. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Perform electronic documentation via tablet and ensure patient safety while delivering compassionate care to children and adults. Requires reliable transportation and six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred. Schedule includes 7:30a-4pm Mon-Fri options with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN availability. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
