Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient support. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and complete required TB skin testing. Provide reliable transportation to visit patients and utilize the company tablet for electronic documentation. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
