Job Summary
Provide compassionate private duty nursing care to children and adults in their homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through heartfelt empathy. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Perform electronic documentation via tablet devices while adhering to all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing, subject to medical or religious exemptions. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for patient visits. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Required Qualifications
