Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Deliver clinical services with electronic documentation via tablet and maintain patient safety through current CPR certification and TB testing. Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes by working alongside the team to support diverse patient needs. Requires an active, unencumbered state license and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling options available for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
