Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in home environments within Brentwood and Jefferson Hills, including school accompaniment duties. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet devices and ensure outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults. Hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and possess current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Reliable transportation is required. This role offers flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
