Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in home environments in Brentwood or school accompaniment in Jefferson Hills. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes for children and adults using electronic documentation via tablet. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Ensure reliable transportation for all patient visits. Schedule includes 7:30a-4pm Mon-Fri options with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN availability.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
