Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in private residences, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient support. Utilize tablets for electronic documentation and coordinate with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Possess reliable transportation and complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Weekly or daily pay is available, with eligibility for major medical, dental, and vision coverage after meeting the 130-hour monthly threshold during the initial measurement period.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
