Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults as a Licensed Practical Nurse, utilizing a tablet for electronic documentation in each patient's home. Deliver outstanding clinical outcomes while maintaining an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification. Ensure compliance with all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing, as an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds. Reliable transportation is required for daily patient visits. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
