Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for patients in their own homes. Provide licensed practical nursing care while utilizing electronic documentation via tablets for accurate tracking. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Reliable transportation is required. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)

- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
