Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in home environments in Brentwood or school accompaniment in Jefferson Hills. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes for children and adults using electronic documentation via tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation. Work flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
