Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults with outstanding clinical outcomes in private duty settings. Provide licensed practical nursing care while utilizing electronic documentation via tablets for efficient tracking. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
