Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in private homes for children and adults, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate homecare delivery. Maintain electronic documentation using provided tablets and adhere to all health-related requirements including vaccinations and testing. Coordinate with clinicians and support staff to achieve patient-specific goals while managing flexible schedules across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact license transferable to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
