Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care in home environments in Brentwood and Jefferson Hills, including school accompaniment. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes for children and adults while utilizing electronic documentation via tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Ensure compliance with all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing, as an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds. Work flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
