Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care in home environments across Ligonier, managing patient needs with compassion and empathy. Deliver clinical outcomes for children and adults while utilizing electronic documentation via tablets for accurate record-keeping. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification, ensuring compliance with all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid patients. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)

- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
