Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes while utilizing tablets for electronic documentation. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification, with a TB skin test within the last 12 months. Provide reliable transportation and support clients with 24/7 local clinician assistance. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Weekly or daily pay is available, with benefits eligibility determined after the initial 12-month measurement period.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
