Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient interaction. Deliver care utilizing electronic documentation via tablets provided in each patient's residence. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months. Possess current CPR certification with a hands-on component and reliable transportation. While six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred, it is not required. This role offers flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
