Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in private home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults with heartfelt compassion. Deliver enhanced rates for candidates with diabetic experience while utilizing Aveanna's tablet technology for electronic documentation. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification, with TB testing within the last 12 months. Reliable transportation is required for daily patient visits. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
