Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications and IV fluids, and inspect for injuries or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers to ensure exceptional outcomes. This role offers competitive pay, flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling with daily pay options and no overtime required. Current CPR/AED/BLS certification and a valid state LPN license are required, with practical trach or ventilator experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as a LPN/LVN in the state(s) in which candidate completed at least 1200 hours of experience as an LPN/LVN or completion of the OCan contact ffice's preceptor program
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
