Private Duty LPN / RN Nurse

Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, and inspect wounds for infections or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role offers flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling with daily pay options and no overtime required. Candidates must hold an accredited nursing degree, current unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state, and valid CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification. Practical trach or ventilator experience is preferred.
