Job Summary
Provides skilled nursing care in patients' homes during night shifts, following the client service plan and physician orders; reports to the Director of Patient Care Services; participates in on-call coverage; maintains infection control practices and patient safety; requires a valid Kentucky nursing license (LPN or RN), current CPR certification or willingness to obtain, and current TB skin test or willingness to obtain; skilled duties include administering medications, teaching self-care, documentation of progress notes, and ensuring confidentiality.
