Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in home settings, including medication administration, wound care, and vital signs monitoring under the supervision of registered nurses. This role requires an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
