Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care to pre-teen patients requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support, including overnight shifts. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet in each patient's home and ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate homecare delivery. Hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification with hands-on component, and a TB skin test within the last 12 months. Reliable transportation is required. Full-time, part-time, or PRN flexible scheduling is available with 24/7 local clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
