Job Summary
Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) caring for a Toddler requiring Trach/Vent care in a home setting. Provides pediatric home health nursing with emphasis on ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, utilizing an electronic documentation tablet, and coordinating care with families. Flexible scheduling available including full-time, part-time, or PRN; night shifts (schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00pm-7:00am) in Richmond, VA 23223. Responsibilities include delivering in-home nursing care to pediatric patients with Trach/Vent, maintaining licensure and certifications, performing essential nursing duties with compassionate patient-centered care, adhering to care plans, and participating in ongoing training and skill advancement. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
