Job Summary
Provide private-duty nursing care for a toddler with Trach/Vent in the patient’s home. Deliver clinical care as an LPN/LVN, including monitoring respiratory status, administering medications, and performing ventilator/trach-related care while ensuring patient safety. Collaborate with family and the clinical team to maintain high-quality care, complete electronic documentation, and support the patient’s medical needs. Flexible scheduling available (days, nights, weekends) with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and TB testing; reliable transportation is required. The role supports pediatric homecare across a home setting with pediatric-specific acuity.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
