Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care to pre-teen patients with tracheostomies and ventilators, including overnight shifts. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure, current CPR certification with hands-on component, and a TB skin test within the last 12 months. Complete electronic documentation using the tablet provided in each patient's home. Ensure reliable transportation is available for all shifts. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days

- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
