Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care to pre-teen patients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs, including overnight shifts. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Perform electronic documentation via tablet in the home setting while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children. Requires reliable transportation and six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
