Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to infants and children with tracheostomies and ventilators in the home setting. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage airway equipment under the supervision of registered nurses. Maintain accurate electronic documentation using the provided tablet device and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols. This role requires an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Reliability and the ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, and weekends, are essential. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
