Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to children with low and high acuity needs, including feeding tube management and tracheostomy/ventilator support, across Palmyra, TX. Perform daily patient assessments, medication administration, and electronic documentation via company tablets while maintaining active LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification. Work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays in a private duty setting, offering flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
